Financial Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in month-end closing, financial closing, and accounting operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required. - Continuously improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
