Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic and operational decisions.
Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.
Consolidate and validate financial data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance.
Partner with accounting and operations teams to explain financial results and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and manage costs.
Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability to support business objectives.
Support investment evaluations, return on investment (ROI) analyses, and cost-benefit assessments.
Improve financial reporting processes, tools, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Follow company financial policies and support compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned by the Controller.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
Two to five years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a similar analytical role required.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and financial modeling.
Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Hyperion.
Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into practical business insights.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines within time and resource constraints.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.

What We Offer:

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
