Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Management department in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning financial and operational data into clear management insights, explaining performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting decisions across the business. Key responsibilities include preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly actual-versus-plan analysis, as well as producing concise management reporting on the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key ratios with trends and decision-focused commentary. The Financial Analyst will analyze inventory, receivables, payables, and net working capital, tracking inventory days, DSO, DPO, overdue accounts, and cash conversion. Additionally, the role involves assessing profitability by product, customer, industry, and business unit, examining pricing, discounts, margins, and cost movements. The successful candidate will review key cost positions, especially personnel and overhead costs, and build business cases for capital expenditure and hiring using ROI, payback, and scenario analysis. Improving the accuracy and efficiency of reports and models using ERP data, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI is also a critical aspect of this role. The candidate should possess strong financial modelling skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and commercial analytical skills, with exposure to Power BI and ERP or SAP being desirable.
