Financial and Administrative Manager

ABOUT THE JOB
The Financial and Administrative Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating administrative and financial activities at the business unit level including inventory, purchasing, distribution, business acquisitions, budget development, supplier and warehousing programs and rebate tracking.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Provides support and helps define administrative and financial objectives and tasks.
- Organizes and implements those objectives from the branch through the business unit level.
- Evaluates potential business acquisitions for Division and Business Unit Vice Presidents.
- Analyzes workflow and employee job duties in regards to reorganization alternatives or realignments within the business unit as a proactive response to changing business.
- Develops accurate annual budgets aligned with Business Unit and corporate objectives.
- Prepares accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership.
- Delivers timely P&L reviews and variance analyses to support decision-making.
- Collaborates with Business Managers monthly to review and interpret operational reports.
- Oversees collection and reporting of supplier
- Manages other members of the team.
- May be required to drive a company vehicle.
- Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Other work-related duties as assigned by your leader.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
- Eight years of leadership experience is required.
- Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Interpersonal skills.
- Organization and administrative skills
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of company operations and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
- Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
- Valid U.S. driver's license is required and must meet all company requirements to drive a Helena vehicle.
- Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required for all positions at Helena.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB
The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
