FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary
Analyzes and optimizes Navy ERP financial systems, leads team efforts to integrate software enhancements, and advises on complex financial challenges for the Naval Air Systems Command.
You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Navy ERP Business Office at the NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
You will participate in and lead team efforts to represent and advocate for the operational requirements of the NAVAIR Finance community to optimize the services provided by Navy ERP.
You will perform business analyses and planning in collaboration with users to facilitate integration of new Navy ERP releases and software enhancements into the Navy ERP Financial Module.
You will participate with other NBO functional team leads and the Finance Team Lead in continuing/comprehensive assessment of NAVAIR’s utilization of Navy ERP assets.
You will maintain close and continuing contact with user community representatives to actively solicit feedback on the operational utility of existing Navy ERP capabilities.
You will lead team members in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques.
You will provide advice on work methods, practices and procedures; and assists the team and/or individual team members in identifying the parameters of viable solutions to highly complex challenges.
You will report to the team on progress in meeting established milestones and deadlines for completion of assignments, projects and tasks.
