Analyzes and manages financial resources for naval aviation programs, ensuring compliance and advising leadership on budget execution and funding strategies.
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the BUDGET FORM, JUST & EXECUTION DEPARTMENT, MISSION AREA SUPPORT DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
You will perform technical research assignments, draft technical reports, and respond to miscellaneous requests related to assigned financial management responsibilities.
You will execute complex financial management actions involving the control, allocation, monitoring, adjustment, and reporting of funds for assigned appropriations, programs, projects, and customer requirements.
You will advise leadership and stakeholders on funds availability, execution strategy, compliance considerations, resource constraints, and the financial implications of funding decisions.
You will identify financial concern areas and risks, evaluate alternative financial strategies, and provide authoritative, technically sound, and accurate advice that enables leadership to make informed decisions.
