Financial Operations Analyst
You lead strategic Financial Operations initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, translate operational challenges into product requirements, design scalable processes, coordinate incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and support data-driven decision-making through reporting and operational dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Financial Operations initiatives from planning through execution
- Drive cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, BI, Finance, and Operations
- Track project progress and resolve blockers
- Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, and operational rollout
- Act as the liaison between Financial Operations and Product
- Translate operational challenges into product requirements
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Ensure new product capabilities are operationally supported
- Influence product roadmaps based on operational needs
- Design scalable operational processes
- Build standard operating procedures and operational playbooks
- Hand over new processes to operational teams
- Lead complex operational investigations
- Coordinate high-priority incident resolution
- Perform root cause analysis
- Define reporting requirements and operational dashboards
- Support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in project management, product operations, business operations, technical program management, consulting, or financial operations
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from inception to completion
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Product and Engineering organizations
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience designing scalable operational processes
- Ownership and accountability
- Written and verbal communication skills
