Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst II

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis for assigned programs, accounts, or departments.
• Monitor budget performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Support pricing analysis, margin review, and contract financial evaluation.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership.
• Track financial risks and opportunities impacting program profitability.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience in BPO, shared services, or corporate finance environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of BPO operational metrics (FTE utilization, productivity, cost per seat).
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
