FP&A Analyst
Reports : Director of International Financial Planning and Analysis
Location: Chalandri office, Athens
Type of Employment: Full-time (on-site)
We are seeking a Finance Analyst who will report directly to the Director of FP&A and support financial decision-making through in-depth analysis of historical data, forecasts, and key projects. This role will collaborate closely with accounting teams across different countries to ensure accurate financial reporting and mitigate project risks. The analyst will create insightful presentations, identify variances from forecasts and budgets, and proactively suggest opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or economics, at least 3 years of experience in finance, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a multinational environment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.

• Reports directly to the Director of FP&A
• Analyzes historical data and forecasts as well as financial and operational performance
• Analyzes key projects risks and create plans to mitigate them
• Work closely with the local accounting teams in every country to ensure accurate financial reporting and support in the decision-making process
• Creates presentations that provide insightful analysis, identifies required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
• Identifies and researches variances to country forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
• Creating internal policies and applying controlling procedures
• Support Cash flow management
• Support Business leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a finance department
- Previous working experience in a multinational environment would be considered ideal for this role.
- Professional use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong reporting skills and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
