Financial System Analyst
In this role, you will be the key bridge between the IT/Data teams and the Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis departments. Your primary goal will be to support, configure, and optimize financial systems while ensuring data accuracy and enabling business stakeholders through reporting and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support & Configuration: Support and configure financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems.
- Data Integration & Automation: Collaborate directly with ERP and Data teams to integrate and automate financial data flows.
- Data Analysis & Validation: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
- User Training & Documentation: Train Finance users, prepare system documentation, and maintain user guides.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with Finance leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions.
