The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager will lead the operation of a fine dining restaurant, delivering impeccable, highly personalized service aligned with five-star Forbes hotel level standards. The role is responsible for managing the guest journey, service excellence, team performance, reservations, food and beverage presentation, hotel wine program, quality control, and operational profitability. The ideal candidate will champion precision, discretion, refined hospitality, and continuous improvement while creating memorable experiences for discerning international guests.
