Finishing Department - Crafted by Kells

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join our finishing department. This role involves preparing, sanding, and finishing high-quality timber windows and doors to the standards our customers expect.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing timber components for finishing (sanding, cleaning, etc.)

• Applying finishes such as paints, stains, or protective coatings

• Inspecting products for quality control

• Working as part of a team to meet production schedules

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential (training provided)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
