FinTech Backend Tech Lead: Cloud, Microservices, Hybrid

Satispay is seeking a Backend Tech Lead to shape the future of welfare payments. You will drive multi-service solutions, ensure technical quality, and own backend features from employer signup to employee spending.

We value at least 5 years in backend, deep Java expertise, and leadership experience in a cloud-based environment. Fluency in English and FinTech/startup mindset are essential for success.

Drive multi-service solutions with high availability, scalability and security. Ensure technical quality with robust testing and controlled rollouts. Identify and resolve blockers; mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Take ownership of backend features from employer signup to employee spending. Maintain system stability and simplify complex welfare regulations. At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience with proven microservices and cloud experience. Strong Java programming skills and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS a plus). Technical leadership with ability to analyze large-scope projects and drive knowledge sharing. Structured communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Fluent in English; FinTech/startup experience preferred.
