FinTech Graduate Software Engineer - Full-Stack Italy

Speckand is offering a Graduate Development Program aimed at recent graduates who wish to reinvent processes in the FinTech sector. This three-year program provides hands-on experience as participants work on real projects while receiving guidance from senior professionals.

You'll engage in various responsibilities, such as developing ION’s products, collaborating across teams, and solving technical problems. Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and be fluent in English (B2+), with the option to work remotely for applicants based in Italy.

Contribute to the development of ION’s products from requirements to delivery. Design, develop, and test software solutions across various tech stacks. Collaborate with teams to build and ship high-impact products. Solve complex technical problems and translate into efficient solutions. Recent graduates or those currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a STEM field. Strong communicator and collaborative nature is essential. Fluency in English (B2+) required.
