We're partnering with a successful technology company looking for an experienced Firmware Engineering Manager to lead a team of Firmware and QA Engineers. This is a people-focused leadership role where you'll drive team performance, delivery outcomes, and engineering excellence across a portfolio of connected products.

The Opportunity
You'll lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing coaching, direction, and support while working closely with Product, Hardware, Architecture, and Project teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by strengthening team culture, developing capability, and helping shape the future direction of engineering delivery.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Strong background in firmware, embedded software, or electronics engineering
• Experience delivering complex embedded products
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others
• Exposure to C++ and embedded systems environments
• Experience in product development, electronics, manufacturing, or IoT environments
