š Job Requirements:
ā¢ Monitor and track the status, location, and availability of all company vehicles and trailers remotely
ā¢ Coordinate trailer assignments with dispatch, drivers, and operations teams
ā¢ Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance and repairs for all fleet units
ā¢ Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, licensing, registration, and insurance deadlines
ā¢ Review driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs) and follow up on flagged issues
ā¢ Track fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs across the fleet
ā¢ Prepare and submit regular fleet performance and maintenance reports to management
ā¢ Document allā¦
