π Job Requirements:
β’ Monitor and track the status, location, and availability of all company vehicles and trailers remotely
β’ Coordinate trailer assignments with dispatch, drivers, and operations teams
β’ Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance and repairs for all fleet units
β’ Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, licensing, registration, and insurance deadlines
β’ Review driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs) and follow up on flagged issues
β’ Track fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs across the fleet
β’ Prepare and submit regular fleet performance and maintenance reports to management
