As our new Flexera / Snow Software Junior Technical Consultant, you will support delivery Teams in the implementation and operation of Software Lifecycle Management (SLM) solutions. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will gain hands-on experience with Snow Software, software asset management processes, integrations, and data analysis while contributing to customer projects and solution improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and configuration of Snow Software and related SLM solutions
- Assist with software inventory, compliance, and asset management activities
- Help analyze customer data and prepare reports and recommendations
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and basic system integrations
- Monitor data quality and support ongoing solution maintenance
- Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
- Learn and develop expertise in SAM, ITAM, and software licensing best practices
