The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the outlet as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring efficient daily operations and memorable dining experiences in line with Hyatt brand standards. This role leads and develops the service team, maintains service quality, and manages revenue, costs and staffing while meeting the expectations of our guests, colleagues and owners.
