Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train and coordinate a team of F&B Team Leaders and Attendants at Stingray Bar
Anticipate and attend to guests’ needs immediately, maintaining superior food and beverage service
Mix a range of sophisticated drinks and follow hotel standards when producing and dispensing food and beverage products
Manage rosters and timesheets, and ensure all areas are stocked to par levels
Follow all cashiering, operational and WH&S policies, keeping a clean and safe working environment and protecting operating equipment
Complete opening and closing duties, assist other departments or outlets when required, and perform other duties as directed by the F&B Manager or Outlet Manager

What You’ll Bring:

Knowledge of food and beverage service policies, procedures and product
Skill in mixing a range of sophisticated drinks
The ability to supervise, train and coordinate a team of food and beverage attendants
Knowledge of cashiering procedures and workplace health and safety (WH&S) guidelines
A guest-focused approach and the ability to work harmoniously with the service team
