Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent and professional service to guests when seating them in the restaurant according to designated rotation plans
- Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
- Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months’ F&B experience, with 3 months’ experience in upscale restaurants of international hotel chains
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields being an advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, English being an advantage
