Food & Beverage Events Manager Grosvenor Casino Southend 40 hours a week onsite, including late nights and weekends.

We're looking for a passionate and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager with events experience to lead the hospitality offering at Grosvenor Casino Southend. You'll oversee our food and beverage operation, lead a high-performing team and create memorable experiences for our customers through great service, events and hospitality.
What you'll be doing
Lead the day-to-day food and beverage operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
Drive sales, profitability and performance, managing labour, stock and wastage effectively.
Plan and deliver private hire, corporate events, celebrations, entertainment nights and other venue experiences.
Identify opportunities to grow events revenue, increase venue utilisation and build relationships with customers, event organisers and local businesses.
Coach, develop and inspire the hospitality team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain high standards across food safety, health & safety, licensing and responsible gambling requirements.
What we're looking for
Management experience within hospitality, leisure, casino, hotel or a premium restaurant environment.
Experience leading a food and beverage operation with accountability for performance and standards.
Experience planning and delivering events, functions, private hire or hospitality experiences.
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue, profitability and customer experience.
A confident and engaging leader who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
