At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for an inspiring and charismatic Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead our front-of-house dining venues, including the award-winning Montford Rooftop Bar. In this highly visible role, you will be the face of our hospitality—overseeing daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services. You will mentor a passionate team, elevate service quality, and craft inviting atmospheres that keep both hotel guests and locals coming back for more.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations in multiple food and beverage outlets, including the Montford Rooftop Bar.
• Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and providing performance feedback.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and manage food delivery processes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control, reducing waste and cost.
• Ensure that all service areas meet company standards for presentation, cleanliness, and customer care.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and execution of new menus, promotions, and special events to boost revenue.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of F&B operations experience, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of F&B inventory management and cost control.
