FOOD COURT ATTENDANT / DISHWASHER

The Food Court Team Member is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment while supporting daily restaurant and airport operations. This role includes dishwashing, sanitation, trash removal, transportation of supplies, guest assistance, and general operational support. Team members are expected to provide excellent guest service, work collaboratively with others, and maintain company, food safety, and airport security standards at all times. This position requires flexibility, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.

Essential Functions:

• Picking up and throwing away trash
• Must obtain an Alcohol Server Permit
• Escorting vendors, guests, and repair crews through the airport
• Picking up deliveries, and having them checked by airport security
• Driving supplies into the airport, as well as out of the airport.
• General transportation duties
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as directed.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.
• Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
• Set up or break down dish-washing area.
• Clean and roll/unroll mats.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
• Sweep/mop floors.
• Assemble/disassemble dish machine.
• Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
• Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
• Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as directed.
