Food Runner FOH - Full Time, Ossu (Tropicana Atlantic City)
Summary
Delivers food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables in a casino resort, following sanitation standards and providing friendly service.
- Assists Food Servers and Bartenders with providing food service to guests.
- Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations at all times.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times
May perform other duties as assigned.
$19.04 Per Hour
- Responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to the guests’ table.
- Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure.
- Obtains and distributes all requested supplies as needed in a timely manner.
- Removes all dishes, silverware and condiments after guests have completed their entrees.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must be able to navigate quickly and efficiently from one location to another.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
