We're looking for a proactive Food Safety & Compliance Support Manager to lead food safety standards across our village operations. Working across Food, Beverage, Retail, Spa, Leisure and concession outlets, you'll ensure teams operate safely, legally and in line with company standards.
Acting as the village food safety lead, you'll support and coach managers, drive compliance, promote best practice and help embed a positive food safety culture. You'll work closely with operational teams and the central Food Safety function to ensure standards are consistently maintained and improved.
What you'll be doing

Lead food safety compliance across all village outlets, maintaining a visible presence and promoting best practice
Coach and support Restaurant and Kitchen Managers to take ownership of food safety standards
Conduct regular compliance visits, provide guidance and drive continual audit readiness
Analyse audit, inspection and microbiological data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Create and monitor action plans to improve compliance and operational performance
Support audits, investigations and statutory inspections as required
Work closely with central Food Safety teams to ensure alignment with company standards and effective issue escalation
Use compliance systems and reporting tools to monitor performance and maintain accurate records
Promote a proactive food safety culture focused on accountability, compliance and continuous improvement

Your working hours

Full-time contract
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes evenings and bank holidays

About you

Knowledge of food safety legislation, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
Experience within Food & Beverage or another regulated operational environment
Experience supporting audits, inspections and compliance activities
Ability to analyse compliance data and translate findings into practical actions
Experience using compliance and reporting systems, such as Navitas
Food Safety Level 3 qualification (or willingness to achieve)
Strong organisational, communication and influencing skills
Ability to build credibility, coach others and drive high standards
