Job Title: Food Service Worker / Prep

We are looking for a dependable and friendly Food Service Worker / Prep to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Prep food for breakfast and lunch service

• Assist with preparing sandwiches, salads, fruit, and other menu items

• Set up and stock the serving line

• Serve breakfast and lunch to students

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Follow proper portion sizes when serving food

• Keep the kitchen, prep areas, and serving areas clean and organized

• Wash dishes and assist with general kitchen cleanup as needed

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Properly label, date, and store food

• Follow FIFO procedures

• Assist with receiving and putting away food and supplies

• Work as part of a team to make sure meals are prepared and served on time
