In this position...
The Ford Pro Fleet Sales Manager is our key to success for delivering parts and service growth for Ford Pro. This is a field-based position responsible for driving parts and service traffic to our dealership and distribution networks for repair and/or parts purchases. Ford Pro Fleet Sales Managers will manage our growing team of Fleet Sales Specialists who contact existing Ford Pro customers and prospect new commercial fleets for parts and service opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a track record for achieving managing sales teams, quotas and commissions and thrive in a commission-based career. Candidates will be highly competitive with a hunger to achieve quotas while showing empathy toward the customers who are experiencing downtime with their Ford vehicles.
What you'll do...
Customer facing commission-based position with the following R&Rs:
Manage team of commission-based sales representatives
Train team on and govern the Ford Pro sales processes
Ensure team achieves quotas for Ford Pro products and services
Conquest new fleets/ grow existing fleets parts and service sales
Wholesale parts growth
Repair order and service loyalty growth
Mobile service growth
Program enrollments/ customer progress to program objectives
Identifying bid opportunities/ assist in bid responses
Up to 40% travel with the Ford Pro field team
You'll have...
High School Graduate or Equivalent
• 5+ years commission-based sales management experience required
• 3+ years’ Experience managing teams using Salesforce CRM required
• Must be located in our Northeast Market Area (IL, NY, PA, MA, MI, OH, KS) and within 1 hour from a major airport

• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team of salespeople while building positive sales culture
• Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with an entrepreneurial mindset (hunter mentality) effectively selling products and services to potential clients. This includes prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals. Finding win-win solutions for clients and dealers
• Deep Product/Service Knowledge - clearly articulate the benefits of all fleet solutions to potential clients.
• Industry Knowledge: robust understanding of the fleet management industry is important for sales managers to effectively position products

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
