Forex CFD Account Manager (Fintech)

The Account Manager will promote TMGM's forex and CFD products, generate client pipelines, nurture long-term relationships, provide responsive customer service, resolve client issues, collaborate with internal teams, and expand knowledge of financial markets, FX, trading platforms, and related products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving sales by promoting and selling TMGM's products and services
• Identify and generate client pipelines using strong sales skills
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
• Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels
• Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients
• Work towards KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets
• Expand knowledge about markets, the FX industry, and TMGM's platforms and products
• Strive to achieve team and individual metrics

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry
• Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer service, sales, outbound or inbound support, or consulting is advantageous
• Willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
• Confident communication skills or motivation to enhance communication abilities
• Strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication abilities, including adapting approaches to suit different audiences
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, or Filipino is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and related products
