Forex CFD Account Manager (Vietnamese Speaking)

The Account Manager will drive sales of TMGM's products and services, generate client pipelines, build long-term client relationships, provide exceptional service across communication channels, resolve inquiries, meet KPIs, and expand knowledge of financial markets, the FX industry, and TMGM's platforms.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TMGM's products and services
• Identify and generate client pipelines
• Build and nurture relationships with new clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service across communication channels
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets
• Expand knowledge of markets, the FX industry, and TMGM products
• Achieve team and individual metrics

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the Forex industry
• Customer-focused experience in customer service, sales, outbound or inbound support, consulting, or similar fields is advantageous
• Willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
• Comfort making high-volume outbound calls
• Confident communication skills or motivation to improve them
• Strong ownership, diligence, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to adapt communication to different audiences
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
