Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator experienced in loading/unloading heavy loads onto flatbed trailers. The ideal candidate should have strong forklift operation skills and a focus on safety. If you have a proven track record in this area, we encourage you to apply.
Essential Responsibilities
- Operates a forklift to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse to an area safely.
- Communicate any discrepancies, product issues, or safety issues with the Supervisor.
- Ensures that product is moved and scanned using a radio frequency scanner to the correct location and confirms product labels are accurate.
- Maintains a clean and safe area free and clear of any debris.
- Anticipates the needs of the business, keeping like products together and accessible.
- Successfully passes all Novo forklift training and operates a forklift following all safety requirements established within Novo.
- May place standup items into designated areas by hand as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
