Job Summary

1. Control the operation of the IS Machine and Forming Technicians to ensure readiness for achieving the bottle production targets.
2. Ensure product quality and properties meet the standards specified by the customer.
3. Perform tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor to achieve the defined objectives and goals.

Job Description:

1. Verify and supervise the work of Forming Technicians to ensure it meets established standards, and assist in resolving defects. 2. Adjust the shape of the gob and the conveyor system to ensure proper forming; check CC.Invert oil, Lincon spray oil, scoop spray oil, mold lubricant, and shear spray oil. 3.Oversee overall IS Machine production efficiency, ensuring it exceeds 90% across all production lines, and report results in meetings to the Shift Supervisor and Glass Production Lead. 4.Verify forming parameter timings to ensure they are within standard values, and adjust them appropriately based on actual conditions. 5.Control the forehearth temperature as specified, measure O₂ levels, use the OP camera to check temperature, and report the status in meetings to the Shift Supervisor and Glass Production Lead. 6.Coordinate with relevant departments and carry out activities related to ISO and GHPs systems, including providing suggestions for production process improvements to the Shift Supervisor. 7. Attend shift handover meetings with the Shift Supervisor, Supervisor, and Production Lead.
