Forward Deployed AI Engineer

You will embed directly with clients to gather requirements, translate ambiguous operational challenges into concrete technical architectures, and build end-to-end solutions. You will architect, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy custom AI agents and ML models into production to prevent fraud and automate complex workflows. You will define AI risk metrics and evaluation pipelines, continuously optimize agent performance, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure reliable integration and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to gather requirements and translate operational challenges into technical architectures
• Train and deploy custom AI agents to prevent fraud and automate fincrime workflows
• Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks to optimize AI agent performance
• Establish and evolve AI risk metrics, supporting datasets, and evaluation pipelines to measure impact
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to scale models into production and ensure integration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied AI
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in SQL
• Ability to own end-to-end solution lifecycle and translate ambiguous client challenges into concrete requirements and deliverables
