Forward Deployed Creative
You will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy AI creative tools into production workflows. You will understand creative pipelines, build and demonstrate workflows, create reference content and prototypes, design reusable templates, train customer teams, produce case studies, and bring customer insights to product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers
- Understand customer creative production pipelines
- Identify opportunities for ElevenLabs tools
- Build AI-powered creative workflows
- Demonstrate voice, music, image, video, and dubbing workflows
- Create reference content and prototypes
- Consult with customer creative and production leads
- Design reusable workflow templates and guides
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Produce case studies and success stories
- Educate and train customer teams
- Run workshops and hands-on sessions
- Represent ElevenLabs as a creative evangelist
Requirements
- Significant experience in creative production, creative technology, or creative direction
- Portfolio of shipped creative work
- Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients or large brand teams
- Understanding of creative production pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into creative opportunities
- Comfort operating in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
