You will work directly with customer engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, define success metrics, and build Cursor-powered workflows. You will take solutions from discovery through launch, iteration, and post-production support; own reliability and model behavior; communicate tradeoffs; and turn successful implementations into reusable patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with customer engineers to identify bottlenecks and define success metrics
- Design and build Cursor-powered workflows
- Launch workflow implementations and improve them using real usage
- Own tracing, evaluations, metrics, debugging, latency and cost tradeoffs, and failure modes
- Communicate tradeoffs and results with engineering leaders
- Turn implementations into reusable patterns and improve the core product
