Forward Deployed Engineer
Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer at Chaos Labs who leads technical discovery with customers, prototypes and builds solutions on the company's AI platform, and owns complex deployments involving integrations, fine-tuning, and optimization using Python/TypeScript, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
You will join customer conversations early alongside the Product Lead and VP of Sales, exploring how customers can use the platform. You will develop a deep understanding of the platform, evaluate technical feasibility, and help customers and internal teams reason through architecture and implementation tradeoffs. When hands-on work is the fastest path to clarity, you will prototype, build, and debug solutions. As the platform evolves, you will own increasingly complex customer deployments involving integrations, evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization. You will define repeatable technical patterns, solve problems end to end, and move fluidly between system design, detailed implementation, and direct customer conversations.
