Forward Deployed Engineer
Summary
Forward-deployed engineer designs and implements payment integrations, builds proof-of-concepts, and advises customers on fintech infrastructure while debugging live systems.
You work directly with customer engineering teams to design and implement integrations, build proof-of-concepts, and advise on payment infrastructure. You own technical onboarding through production launch, debug APIs and payment flows, analyze integration data, guide feature adoption, create internal tools and documentation, and translate customer challenges into product insights.

- Design and implement customer integrations
- Build proof-of-concepts and code snippets
- Advise on system design and payment infrastructure
- Own technical onboarding through production launch
- Debug live issues across APIs, SDKs, and payment flows
- Ensure stable and optimized deployments
- Analyze transaction and integration data
- Guide customers through new features and payment methods
- Partner with Sales on account expansion
- Translate customer challenges into product insights
- Build internal tools and documentation
Requirements
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience or technical background
- TypeScript

- REST APIs
