Forward Deployed Engineer, Enterprise

You will architect and deliver onboarding and checkout experiences for strategic customers. You will lead technical discovery, scope and build scalable solutions, and support evaluations, demonstrations, and prototypes. You will also define roadmap priorities, establish Forward Deployed Engineering standards, and improve products and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver onboarding and checkout experiences for strategic customers.
• Scope, design, and build solutions that scale across the customer base.
• Lead technical discovery with prospective and existing customers.
• Support evaluations, demonstrations, and prototypes to help close deals and engage customers.
• Establish standards for the new Forward Deployed Engineering function.
• Scale products and engineering processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize the roadmap.
• Balance rapid delivery with dependable technical implementation.

Requirements

• Bring at least 5 years of experience building and shipping full-stack production software in high-ownership environments.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in TypeScript, Go, Python, or a similar language.
• Have experience working directly with high-value customers from pre-sales discovery through production rollout.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness across technical systems, teams, and business objectives.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives.
• Have experience working with LLMs to build high-availability systems and scale processes.
• Experience with React Native, payments, or blockchain integrations is helpful but not required.
