Forward Deployed Engineer GTM

You will lead enterprise deployments from technical discovery and integration design through proof of concept, production, adoption, and expansion. You will connect products with customer systems, data sources, and identity infrastructure; resolve security and compliance requirements; configure workflows; measure value; and contribute field insights and fixes to the product codebase.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise product deployments and integration architecture
• Implement connections to customer systems, data sources, and identity infrastructure
• Lead proofs of concept through production deployment
• Resolve security, compliance, and IT-review requirements with customers
• Configure, tune, and extend products for customer workflows
• Build API-based tools, workflows, and evaluation loops
• Define success metrics, measure usage impact, and enable customer champions
• Plan and execute departmental and company-wide rollouts
• Fix field issues and implement reusable product features
• Turn customer requirements and blockers into prioritized roadmap proposals
• Build reusable integration templates, reference implementations, and deployment playbooks

Requirements

• 3+ years of production software engineering experience
• API design and implementation
• Testing and code review
• Customer-facing technical scoping and decision-making
• Enterprise system deployment and integration
• Authentication
• Data integration
• Security review
• LLM and generative AI application development or deployment
• Native-level Japanese
• Business-level English preferred
• RAG, AI agent, or evaluation pipeline experience preferred
