Forward Deployed Engineer – Healthcare
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in the Healthcare sector to bridge the gap between advanced artificial intelligence capabilities and real-world clinical applications. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Agentic Systems to design, deploy, and optimize complex data solutions within healthcare environments. This position demands a deep understanding of both technical architecture and the unique regulatory and operational nuances of the medical industry, ensuring that cutting-edge technologies like RAG, Vector Databases, and Multi-Agent frameworks are seamlessly integrated to solve critical patient care and operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Generative AI solutions tailored specifically for healthcare data ecosystems, utilizing Python and SQL to process complex datasets.
- Design and maintain robust API architectures to facilitate seamless data integration between diverse healthcare systems and cloud-based AI services.
- Develop and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and manage Vector Databases to ensure accurate, context-aware responses from Large Language Models.
- Lead the deployment and optimization of Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems to automate intricate workflows and enhance decision-making processes in clinical settings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring all solutions adhere to strict healthcare compliance standards.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS to guarantee high availability, security, and performance of deployed AI models.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI-driven applications to ensure reliability and safety before production release.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on data-intensive applications and AI deployment.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
- Show proven expertise in implementing RAG patterns, managing Embeddings, and working with Vector Databases for information retrieval tasks.
- Have a strong background in building and consuming APIs, along with extensive experience in data integration strategies.
- Be well-versed in AWS cloud services and possess the ability to design secure, scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Exhibit deep knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLM) and the emerging field of Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the IT Services landscape, particularly as it applies to the healthcare domain.
