This role is unique – it is a blend between business-savvy and technical-savvy person, eager to help customers by abusing premade tools, products and models to their extremes. We believe programming is not going away any time soon, but the scope of our engagements shifts. Customers often benefit not by us building tailored programs/agents, but rather us teaching them how to use tools such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, UI Path or Amazon Quick and letting them steer the wheel.
This is an internship – you will start by treating Chaos Gears as your first customer – and try to streamline work for our internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Alliances and more. You will be guided by AI-native engineering team to gain both business and technical expertise and prepare you to work with our customers. In real engagements, you will be supported by Solution Architects, AI Architects, and Delivery Managers.
We don’t expect you to have any commercial experience.
However, we do expect:
Personal experience in using Claude, ChatGPT - not just as a “query engine” but as a working tool,
MCP, Skills, Projects, Plugins, Connectors - knowledge about personal assistant ecosystem and capabilities,
Presentation skills – the ability to showcase a technical problem in an understandable way,
Analytical skills – most customers don’t know what they don’t know, and we need to help them with that, considering their business domain,
Programming skills – you may need to deploy, build or extend MCP servers at some point,
Multi-tasking, todo-listing and handling 10s of “tiny initiatives” at once with no issues – this is an ever-changing ecosystem,
Fluency in both English (C1) and Polish (C1), written and spoken.
In this role, we don’t expect you to program that much, and most definitely not by hand. You will be mostly analysing business requirements, creating guidelines, standards, processes around personal assistants at scale, and using tools such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work and no-code engines such as UI Path or ElevenLabs Agents.
During the interview, we will be mostly focusing on your presentation skills & AI-tooling capabilities. We expect you to present how an AI harness of your choice allows you do knowledge work (not necessarily programming!). The more you show us, the higher your are chances to land a job at Chaos Gears.
Projects range from a few weeks (PoC, MVP) to many months or years (production deployments).
Client scale: from mid-sized Polish companies to international enterprises.
