Foundation Estimator - Project Manager

Lee Industrial Contracting, a 100% employee-owned company in Pontiac, MI, is seeking a Foundation Estimator/Project Manager to estimate and manage industrial concrete and foundation projects from initial bid through completion.

Responsibilities

• Attend jobsite visits to evaluate conditions and develop accurate scopes of work

• Prepare detailed labor and material estimates and take-offs for industrial foundation projects

• Review vendor and subcontractor proposals and assemble bid packages

• Collaborate with customers, Sales, estimators, suppliers, and field teams

• Manage project materials, equipment, manpower, vendors, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Experience estimating industrial concrete, machine foundations, equipment pads, pits, or poured walls preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

• AutoCAD experience is beneficial

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Procore is preferred

• Strong estimating, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license
