Foundation IP Design Engineer
Job Description
- Assist in the design and implementation of high-performance, low-power circuits or Memory IPs under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Study the architecture of standard cells or Memory IPs and track industry-leading design methodologies.
- Collaborate with the digital back-end team to complete the physical implementation and analyze circuit performance, utilizing layout or physical design experience.
- Participate in analyzing issues encountered during the design process and assist in proposing solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in the design and verification of circuit modules for test chip projects.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Master the fundamental principles of semiconductor physics and digital/analog integrated circuits.
- Possess the basic ability to use EDA tools such as SPICE and Virtuoso for circuit design, simulation, and debugging.
- Candidates with relevant experience in standard cell libraries, custom circuits, or Memory IP are an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in circuit design, though outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Demonstrate strong learning ability, a rigorous and detail-oriented work attitude, and good teamwork spirit, with a strong interest in high-performance and low-power circuit design.
