Founding Account Executive

Open 61d

Founding AE at Arch

Bay Area · In person

The $800B home services industry runs on spreadsheets, paper, and software built in 2004. We're changing that with AI. You'd be employee #6 and the first GTM hire.

The backers

$6M+ seed from Coatue, Mike Schroepfer (ex-CTO, Meta), Floodgate, Gigascale, and the founders of Aurora Solar. Founders are ex-McKinsey/Stanford and a serial founder with multiple exits. We already sell to some of the largest operators in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

The job - Full-cycle killer AE

You cold call 50 operators Monday, build sequences Tuesday, knock on contractor doors Wednesday, and close trade show deals from the plane home Friday. You own pipeline first, then close alongside the CEO, then take the wheel yourself.

You become the voice of the customer and shape what we build. What you create becomes the playbook for everyone after you.

If you want to found a company someday, this is the apprenticeship.

You

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, running your own discovery and closing your own deals

  • A track record of building pipeline from zero

  • Can hold the room with a CEO or COO

  • Need zero hand holding

Bonus: startup, SMB/mid-market, or home services / ServiceTitan experience.

The offer

Very competitive cash, real equity, platinum health. Employee #8 at a company with traction and a massive market.

You'd be GTM #1/2/3.
