What They're Looking For
5–10 years at Tier 1 venture-backed startups (Series B or earlier only)
Prior founder or founding engineer experience preferred
At least 6 months building with applied AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
CS or STEM degree from a top 10 university
