Founding Engineer - Staff/Senior

Must: High Agency, Extreme AI coding experience, Loves agents as much as humans

Senior Engineer: $150K - $200K + ~0.5% equity

Ex-founder/Staff Level: $180K - $250K + 1% – 3% equity
