Founding Engineer

About the Role

Join an early-stage agricultural technology company as a Founding Engineer, building full-stack software from initial concept through production deployment. This role is suited to an engineer who enjoys contributing across the software development lifecycle and helping an early-stage team ship practical, production-ready systems.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack applications, taking work from conception through deployment.
• Develop and maintain production systems using multiple programming languages or frameworks.
• Contribute as an engineer in an early-stage startup environment, working across the needs of the product and software.

What We're Looking For

• At least five years of experience as a software engineer building and shipping production systems.
• Experience building full-stack applications from conception through deployment.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup or as a founding engineer.
• Experience shipping code in multiple programming languages or frameworks.
• Interest or experience in farming and agriculture is relevant to the company's industry.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
