About Nixora

Nixora is building the control plane for AI-generated software and AI agents, helping developers move from AI-generated code to running, production-ready applications with less infrastructure complexity.

AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex are fundamentally changing how software is built. Developers can now generate applications, backend services, APIs, and AI agents faster than ever. However, getting that code into production remains a challenge.

Developers still need to configure infrastructure, manage environment variables and secrets, resolve dependency and build failures, configure deployment pipelines, diagnose runtime errors, and ensure their applications run successfully in production. These challenges become even more complex when applications contain multiple services or AI agents.

Nixora aims to simplify this process by building a unified layer between AI-generated code and the infrastructure required to run it.

Our vision is to make deploying and operating software as simple as generating it.

What We Are Building

1. Zero-Configuration CLI Deployment

Nixora starts with a developer-first command-line interface that enables developers to deploy applications through a simple command such as nixora deploy. The goal is to reduce manual configuration and infrastructure complexity so developers can move from code to deployment more easily.

2. Automated Diagnostics and Deployment Troubleshooting

Nixora aims to help developers identify and resolve common deployment issues, including dependency problems, build failures, configuration errors, and runtime issues. Our focus is on making it easier to understand what went wrong and move toward a successful deployment.

3. Support for AI-Generated Applications

Nixora is being built for developers who use AI coding assistants to create software. Our broader direction is to support applications built with different AI development tools, programming languages, frameworks, and common application architectures.

4. Model Context Protocol (MCP) Integrations

Our roadmap includes MCP integrations that connect AI assistants and agents with deployment and infrastructure workflows. The goal is to enable AI systems to interact with development and deployment environments through structured interfaces.

5. Autonomous Infrastructure Management and Multi-Agent Governance

Our longer-term vision extends beyond deployment into monitoring, scaling, operational management, and multi-agent governance. We aim to build a control layer that helps developers and AI agents deploy, manage, and scale software while maintaining appropriate visibility and control over infrastructure operations.

Nixora is starting with CLI-based deployment and automated diagnostics. MCP integrations, autonomous infrastructure management, scaling, and multi-agent governance represent the broader product roadmap.

Why Nixora Matters

AI is making software development faster, but deploying and operating software remains complex.

As more applications are generated by AI coding assistants and autonomous agents, developers need reliable ways to move that code into production and manage the infrastructure behind it.

Nixora is being built to address this gap by connecting AI-generated code, developer workflows, deployment systems, and AI agents.

We are at an early stage and are focused on validating our product, understanding developer needs, acquiring early adopters, and establishing a repeatable path to product adoption.

About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Manager, Growth to work directly with the founder and help build Nixora's go-to-market function from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, early-stage role for someone who understands developer tools, enjoys experimentation, and can translate technical products into compelling messaging and measurable user growth.

You will own developer acquisition, early-access activation, community-led growth, product positioning, and growth experimentation. You will work closely with the founder and engineering team to understand the product, communicate its value, and convert developer interest into real product usage.

This is not a traditional marketing role focused only on social media posts, impressions, or brand awareness. You will be expected to take initiative, execute independently, learn from results, and build repeatable systems for acquiring and activating developers.

Your primary objective will be to help Nixora attract relevant developers, get them to their first successful deployment, and encourage continued product usage.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy and Positioning

  • Develop and execute Nixora's initial GTM strategy in collaboration with the founder.
  • Identify and prioritize target audiences, including AI-assisted developers, indie hackers, backend engineers, full-stack developers, and AI agent builders.
  • Research developer pain points around deployment, cloud infrastructure, build failures, debugging, and AI-generated software.
  • Analyze competing products, alternative deployment workflows, and the developer infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Define Nixora's positioning, differentiation, core messaging, and value propositions.
  • Identify promising acquisition channels and run experiments to validate them.
  • Develop a practical GTM roadmap with clear priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Use market feedback to help determine which user segments and use cases to prioritize.

Developer Acquisition and Growth Loops

  • Build repeatable acquisition strategies to reach developers who build applications using AI coding tools.
  • Establish Nixora's presence across GitHub, X, Hacker News, Reddit, Discord, and relevant developer communities.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations with technical creators, open-source projects, developer educators, and ecosystem partners.
  • Plan and execute product announcements, launch campaigns, technical demonstrations, and developer acquisition initiatives.
  • Experiment with organic distribution, targeted outreach, community participation, referral loops, and other cost-effective channels.
  • Turn successful acquisition experiments into repeatable growth processes.
  • Focus on acquiring developers who are likely to test and use the product, not just follow the brand.

Product-Led Growth and Developer Activation

  • Design the journey from discovering Nixora to signing up, installing the CLI, and completing a successful first deployment.
  • Identify friction points that prevent developers from installing or successfully using the product.
  • Work with the founder and engineering team to improve onboarding, setup instructions, documentation, and activation flows.
  • Develop onboarding campaigns, email sequences, tutorials, and product education initiatives.
  • Collect feedback from early users and identify why developers adopt, abandon, or return to Nixora.
  • Run experiments to improve activation rates, time-to-first-deploy, and repeat usage.
  • Build referral and sharing loops that encourage developers to introduce Nixora to other developers.

Developer Marketing and Technical Communication

  • Translate technical features into clear, accurate, and compelling developer-facing messaging.
  • Create and improve landing pages, product documentation, onboarding guides, tutorials, launch copy, and product announcements.
  • Understand Nixora's CLI deployment workflow, automated diagnostics, and planned MCP integrations well enough to communicate their value.
  • Develop practical content demonstrating how Nixora fits into existing developer workflows.
  • Explain the problems Nixora solves without relying on vague AI or infrastructure marketing claims.
  • Ensure marketing materials accurately distinguish between available product capabilities and future roadmap items.
  • Maintain consistent positioning across the website, GitHub, social channels, community discussions, and launch campaigns.

Community and Ecosystem Development

  • Build relationships with early adopters, developers, indie hackers, infrastructure engineers, and AI application builders.
  • Establish Nixora's presence in relevant technical communities.
  • Participate in developer discussions and identify genuine opportunities to introduce Nixora.
  • Gather structured feedback about user needs, deployment challenges, competing solutions, and feature priorities.
  • Create feedback loops between the community, founder, and engineering team.
  • Encourage early users to share feedback, demonstrate their projects, and advocate for the product.
  • Help develop a community that supports product adoption, advocacy, and long-term retention.

Waitlist and Early-Access Conversion

  • Build a strategy for converting early-access interest into active product users.
  • Improve waitlist signup flows and communication.
  • Segment users by technical background, use case, and readiness to test Nixora.
  • Create onboarding and follow-up campaigns that encourage users to try the product when access is available.
  • Coordinate early-access recruitment, demonstrations, user feedback sessions, and launch activities.
  • Track conversion at each stage, from initial interest to successful deployment and repeat usage.
  • Identify and address the reasons interested developers do not proceed to product activation.

Growth Analytics and Experimentation

  • Establish a growth measurement framework using PostHog, Mixpanel, or equivalent analytics tools.
  • Track acquisition sources, landing page conversion, signup activation, CLI installations, successful deployments, and user retention.
  • Measure time-to-first-deploy and identify onboarding bottlenecks.
  • Develop a prioritized experimentation backlog with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
  • Evaluate acquisition channels and allocate effort according to demonstrated impact.
  • Share regular updates with the founder covering performance, learnings, challenges, and next steps.

Compensation and Equity

Equity-Only Compensation at the Current Stage

Nixora is currently in its early-stage, pre-funding phase. At this stage, compensation for this role will be equity only. No cash salary is available at present.

Cash compensation is expected to begin once Nixora successfully raises its pre-seed funding round. The actual salary and compensation package will be discussed and mutually agreed upon based on the company's funding position, the role's scope, and the candidate's experience.

The equity package will be discussed individually based on experience, expected contribution, commitment, and mutual fit. The applicable equity structure, vesting schedule, and other terms will be clearly communicated during the selection process and documented through the appropriate agreements.

Candidates should understand that the timing and outcome of fundraising are uncertain. A future salary is therefore an expectation contingent on a successful fundraise and the company's financial position, not a guaranteed payment on a predetermined date.

We are looking for someone who believes in Nixora's vision and is willing to contribute during this early stage in exchange for equity and the opportunity to help build the company.

Work Arrangement

  • Work Mode: Remote-first.
  • Current Compensation: Equity only, with no cash salary at this stage.
  • Future Cash Compensation: Expected after a successful pre-seed fundraise, subject to the company's financial position and mutually agreed terms.
  • Ownership: Direct collaboration with the founder and meaningful responsibility for Nixora's early GTM strategy and growth engine.

Application Process

Please share:

  • Your CV or LinkedIn profile.
  • Examples of growth initiatives, product launches, developer communities, or GTM projects you have personally worked on.
  • Measurable results from relevant projects, where available.
  • A brief explanation of how you would approach acquiring the first wave of active developers for Nixora.
  • Your availability and expectations regarding an equity-only role at the current stage.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate how they think, execute, measure results, and learn from real-world experiments.

*If you want to help shape how the next generation of AI-built software reaches production, we would like to hear from you.
