Founding Sales LATAM

You own the complete sales cycle across LATAM, from outbound prospecting and network activation through discovery, technical evaluation, legal review, and signature. You build relationships with prospects, explain APIs and global payment infrastructure in clear language, and advise companies on stablecoin adoption. You coordinate inbound leads with marketing, maintain a rigorous pipeline, prioritize high-potential opportunities, and work directly with leadership to shape the sales process, messaging, objection handling, and scalable playbook.

Responsibilities

• Source opportunities through outbound prospecting, networks, and conferences
• Own deals from first contact through close
• Lead discovery and technical evaluations
• Explain APIs, payment flows, and treasury operations
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
• Coordinate with marketing on inbound leads
• Meet ambitious sales quotas
• Advise prospects on stablecoins and global payments
• Track regulatory and competitive developments
• Shape the sales playbook and go to market process

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to prospect and close deals
• Technical understanding of APIs, payment flows, and treasury operations
• Experience working in an early-stage environment
• Ability to operate autonomously with limited resources
• Knowledge of stablecoins and global payments
• Awareness of regulatory and competitive dynamics
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to communicate complex infrastructure clearly
• Developer tools, payments, or financial infrastructure sales experience is a bonus
