FP&A Manager
You will own monthly management reporting, provide clear variance analysis, and explain financial performance to executive leadership. You will connect FP&A with Financial Reporting and Control, Treasury, and Tax; build cash-flow and balance-sheet forecasts; support regulatory capital reporting; automate reporting workflows; develop management dashboards; and lead budgeting, reforecasting, and strategic finance projects.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly management accounts and deliver financial commentary on trends, variances, and business drivers.
- Lead budget-versus-actual analysis across weekly, monthly, and quarterly workstreams.
- Identify financial risks and communicate performance drivers to global leadership.
- Bridge FP&A and Financial Reporting and Control teams to ensure reporting integrity and alignment on accounting treatments.
- Build and maintain automated cash-flow and balance-sheet forecasting models.
- Lead FP&A contributions to regulatory capital reporting.
- Automate reporting tasks, data pipelines, and workflows using Aleph, data tools, and AI/LLMs.
- Design and scale management dashboards for P&L metrics, unit economics, and departmental performance.
- Partner with Finance Business Partners and Department Heads to manage spend and optimize budgets.
- Lead rolling quarterly reforecasts and the annual budgeting cycle.
- Spearhead scenario modeling and fundraising or M&A support projects.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution, ideally in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or finance.
- Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of relevant Accounting, Finance, or FP&A experience.
- Experience in a high-growth technology or fintech environment.
- Deep Financial Control and Reporting experience.
- ERP optimization expertise, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
- Advanced financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency with FP&A systems such as Aleph or Anaplan and Excel or Google Sheets.
- SQL experience for complex data analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
